Skyport Tycoon

Skyport Tycoon drops you in charge of a growing airport, and the fun comes from keeping the whole machine humming. You assign gates, schedule flights, and expand terminals while passenger satisfaction ticks up or down based on how smoothly things run.

The management loop is satisfying and the numbers are easy to read. I liked the little details — baggage carts rolling around, passengers queuing, planes taxiing in. It never feels overwhelming, which is the right call for a phone game.

Later stages can get repetitive once you've optimized your layout, and there's no real end goal beyond bigger numbers. Still, it's a comfortable, low-stress sim that's easy to pick up and put down.
